Four-time Grand Slam champion Naomi Osaka of Japan will make her debut at this year’s Berlin Ladies Open presented by ecotrans Group. The WTA 500 grass-court tournament offers a a total prize money of $922,573 and will be held from June 15 to 23 at the LTTC “Rot-Weiß” e. V. in Berlin’s Grunewald.

“I am very excited to finally play in Berlin for the first time. It is widely known how excellent the grass courts are, how strong the field of participants is, and how wonderful the atmosphere is at the Berlin Ladies Open presented by ecotrans Group,” says Osaka.
