The adventure continues for Tian Frangran and Gustavo Heide at Roland-Garros. Winners of the “Roland-Garros Junior Wild Card Series by OPPO”, they each clinched a wildcard for the main draw of the junior singles tournaments, which will take place from 2 to 8 June at Roland-Garros.

During the final phase, played on Saturday on Court 14, Frangran defeated Humera Baharumus (6-1 6-3) and Camilla Bossi (6-2 6-3). In the boys’ tournament, Heide won successive matches over Li Zixuan (6-0 6-2) and Mann Shah (7-5 6-3).

This final phase was contested by three girls and three boys under the age of 18 from three countries (Brazil, India and China).  They earned their place in the final by winning the qualifying rounds on clay in their home country, in Itajaí in Brazil, Anning in China and New Delhi in India.
