Oscar Otte won the tournament in the intermediate stage of the Tannenhof Resort German Men’s Series in Mülheim an der Ruhr. The 26-year-old Cologne native defeated Yannick Maden 6-4, 6-3 in Saturday’s play-offs. Both players will advance to the semi-finals in Meerbusch.
The pair will be joined by Yannick Hanfmann, who won the tournament in Neuss. The 28-year-old from Karlsruhe overcame Mats Rosenkranz 4-6, 6-4, 6-4 in the final match of the event.
Cedrik-Marcel Stebe, Daniel Masur, Maximilian Marterer and Kevin Krawietz round out the final eight players of the DTB German Pro Series.
