#NextGenATP Italian Luca Nardi leads the semi-finals line-up of the Napoli Tennis Cup. The No. 2 seed of the ATP Challenger Tour 125 clay-court event in Naples, Italy won two matches on Friday.
Following his 7-6(4), 6-1 win over Frenchman Matteo Martineua in one hour and 47 minutes, Nardi rallied from a set down to overcome his compatriot and No. 7 seed Matteo Gigante, 6-7(4), 6-4, 6-4. The 20-year-old Pesaro native converted six of his nine break-point chances to seal victory in one hour and 56 minutes.

Nardi will next take on fellow Italian Francesco Passaro, who edged past Ugo Blanchet of France 6-2, 2-6, 6-2 in one hour and 52 minutes.
In the top half of the draw, Corentin Moutet edged out No. 1 seed Federico Coria from Argentina 6-1, 7-5. The fifth favourite from France broke his rival six times and won 57 per cent of the total points played to succeed in one hour and 26 minutes.
Moutet will play his fellow countryman Pierre-Hugues Herbert for a place in the championship match. The No. 8 seed battled past French qualifier Arthur Gea 6-7(4), 6-4, 6-4 in two hours and 19 minutes.
