Brisbane’s Priscilla Hon secured the 2025 Brisbane QTC Tennis International ITF World Tennis Tour W75 singles title with a determined performance against Switzerland’s Leonie Küng, winning 6-4, 4-6, 6-2 in a two hour 16 minute battle on Sunday.
Hon, backed by strong local support, claimed the final set, breaking early and dictating play to seal the victory. She hit four aces and broke her opponent’s serve four times.

Hon showed her appreciation to the local crowd, and being supported with her family in her presentation speech: “Thanks for watching everyone, it really helps! It is really nice playing in front of my parents, thank you!”
The 26-year-old World No. 169 claimed her 12th career title on the ITF World Tennis Tour.
Attention now turns to Week 2, with the first round of qualifying matches completed on Sunday. The final round of qualifying matches will be played on Monday. Players will compete for a spot in the main draw of the second Brisbane QTC Tennis International 3– 9 February, continuing the two weeks of elite tennis action in Brisbane.
