The International Tennis Federation (ITF) has announced the draw for the 2025 Davis Cup World Group II, which took place in London today. The 13 World Group II ties will take place on either 12-13 or 13-14 September 2025.
The 2025 Davis Cup World Group I draw will take place during the week commencing 3 March, with a date and time to be confirmed in due course.
World Group II will take place over the same weekend as World Group I and Qualifiers 2nd Round, which will see 14 nations compete to secure their place at the 2025 Davis Cup Final 8 in Bologna on 18-23 November.
The teams competing in 2025 World Group II are the 13 losing nations from the 2025 World Group I Play-offs and the 13 winning nations from the 2025 World Group II Play-offs. The 13 winners of 2025 World Group II will advance to the 2026 World Group I Play-offs, and the 13 losers will contest the 2026 World Group II Play-offs.
All ties in the Qualifiers 2nd Round, World Group I and World Group II will be played as best-of-five matches, with two singles matches on day one, followed by the doubles match and the two reverse singles matches on day two. All matches are played as best-of-three tiebreak sets.
