Jesper de Jong captured the title of the inaugural SIC Europe Omag Open. The top seed of the ATP Challenger 75 clay-court event held at the Galimberti Tennis Academy in Cattolica, a seaside resort located on Italy’s Adriatic coast in the region of Emilia-Romagna.
De Jong defeated Spanish veteran Roberto Carballes Baena 6-3, 6-4 in Sunday’s singles final. The world No. 83 capitalized on five of his nine break-point chances to succeed in one hour and 44 minutes.

De Jong advanced to the championship match with wins over Serbian youngster Ognjen Milic, local wild card entry Federico Bondioli, fifth-seeded Italian Marco Cecchinato and wild card Enrico Dalla Valle of Italy.
By winning his fourth ATP Challenger Tour career title, his first since Sassuolo 2024, the 26-year-old Dutchman earned $ 15,510 in prize money as well as 75 ATP Ranking points.
