The USTA celebrated 20-time Grand Slam champion, five-time consecutive US Open champion, 2026 International Tennis Hall of Fame inductee and legendary global icon Roger Federer Tuesday night at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center during “Roger Federer: An Icon Returns to New York”.
In a once-in-a-lifetime exhibition event under the lights in Arthur Ashe Stadium, Federer took to the court to play alongside 2003 US Open champion and longtime rival Andy Roddick, as well as fellow tennis legends and US Open champions Andre Agassi and John McEnroe.
Throughout the evening, in-stadium video boards played highlights of Federer’s most memorable moments. The event concluded with a surprise drone show above the New York City skyline in honor of his storied career.
