MUNICH, April 10, 2017
For the third time, the tennis balls will fly at Munich Airport’s MAC Forum in the lead-up to the BMW Open by FWU. Before the world’s best players do battle in the opening round of the ATP 250 tournament held at the legendary MTTC Iphitos club, top-level tennis can be experienced at Munich’s Airport from 19 to 28 April.
An exciting program has been put together featuring two tennis courts between Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 with a grandstand, training camps for young and old as well as an opening show match taking place on 19 April.
Bavaria’s State Minister for Finanace Markus Söder, BMW Open tournament director Patrik Kühnen, DTM-pilot Timo Glock and the tournament’s first wild card player will compete in a doubles encounter. Admission is free.
