Each of the tournaments’ champions will receive 18 ATP points and therewith a chance to climb up in rankings. “Our athletes will get the chance to push their careers on their doorsteps. The home advantage in tennis should not be underestimated,” BTV vice-president Peter Aurnhammer said. “Thanks to the support of our new sponsor DAIKIN, Bavarian tennis is positioned ideally starting with the ITF Futures over ATP Challengers ending with the BMW Open.”
