Carlos Berlocq and Blaz Rola will go head-to-head in Saturday’s singles final of the $50,000 Visit Panamá Tennis Cup at the Centro de Alto Rendimiento Fred Maduro.

Berlocq rallied past fellow Argentine Juan Ignacio Londero 6-7, 7-5, 7-6. The No. 4 seed struck six aces, winning 68 per cent of his first service points to stop the qualifier’s great run in the stage of the final four after three hours and 25 minutes.

Rola defeated Andrea Collarini of Argentina 6-2, 6-3. The 2014 runner-up capitalized on five of his seven break point chances to advance in one hour and 21 minutes.

Berlocq, who is vying for his 19th ATP Challenger career title, won both of the previos meetings between the two. His last victory came on clay in Buenos Aires three years ago. Rola could clinch his fourth ATP Challenger crown, his first since Tallahassee last year.
