MILAN, June 27, 2015
Federico Delbonis and Rogerio Dutra Silva will meet for an Argentine-Brazilian-final at the Aspria Tennis Cup in Milan on Sunday.
In Saturday’s first semi-finals, Delbonis beat Calvin Hemery 6-2, 6-4. The 24-year-old Argentine won 77% of his first service points and converted his first match point after one hour and 34 minutes. Delbonis advanced to his second ATP Challenger final this season, taking the title in Sarasota in April.
Dutra Silva defeated Marco Cecchinato, winning 6-4, 6-1. The Brazilian qualifier capitalized on five of his twelve break points to seal victory in one hour and 32 minutes. Dutra Silva is playing his first ATP Challenger final since April 2014, when he captured the title in Sao Paulo.
