STARNBERG, August 6, 2018

It’s time for the third hard-court ATP World Tour Masters 1000 event of the season, as the best players in the world head to Toronto for the Rogers Cup presented by National Bank.

Fans are in for a treat, as they will see the strongest field of the 2018 campaign thus far, with 26 of the Top 27 players in the ATP Rankings set to compete. Three-time champion and World No. 1 Rafael Nadal leads the way, with four-time winner Novak Djokovic and reigning titlist Alexander Zverev right behind.

Nadal will open his title bid after a first-round bye against the winner of the match between Jared Donaldson from the United States and Frenchman Benoit Paire. No. 2 seed Zverev will face either US-American qualifier Bradley Klahn or Spanish veteran David Ferrer.
