The World No. 159 from Argentina sent down seven aces, winning 77 per cent of his first service points as well as 81 per cent of his second service points to prevail after one hour and 43 minutes. Next up for Bagnis will be No. 11 seeded Dutch Tallon Griekspoor, who edged out the tournament’s No. 7 Kimmer Coppejans from Belgium, winning 6-3, 3-6, 6-2 in one hour and 45 minutes.
