Ruusuvuori is seeking his second ATP Challenger trophy following his triumph in Fergana, Uzbekistan in June. He finished runner-up to Yannick Hanfmann at the Schwaben Open in Augsburg last month. Viola could clinch his fourth Challenger title, his first since Biella 2014. The two players will meet for the first time.
