M25 Norman USA – Hugo Gaston prevails in Oklahoma
No. 5 seeded Hugo Gaston is the champion of the Norman Open Series, held at Oklahoma University Tennis Club.
The 19-year-old French, who was ranked No. 2 in ITF Juniors last year, rallied down US-American No. 6 seed Kevin King in the stage of the final four in straight sets.
Michael Geerts from Belgium, who finished runner-up, took the last step by beating the tournament’s No. 2 Sebastian Fanselow from Germany, who played College Tennis for Pepperdyne University, in two sets.
Left-handed Gaston outpointed his 24-year-old opponent 75-74 to seal a 6-4, 7-5 win after one hour and 51 minutes. The Toulouse-born celebrated his third singles trophy on the ITF World Tennis Tour, all of them won in 2019.
After the title match, Gaston stated: „It was a great week for me and I enjoyed the accommodating staff, the courts, the facilities and the caliber of competition.”
M25 Brisbane AUS – Dayne Kelly clinches his third season title
The Brisbane QTC International, hosted at Queensland Tennis Centre, concluded with the championship of Dayne Kelly.
The 29-year-old emerged victorious from the all-Australian semifinal with Bradley Mousley in straight sets.
The tournament’s No. 7 Luke Saville, who entered the competition by wildcard, eased past Thomas Fancutt in two sets.
Capitalizing on three of his six break-point chances in the title match without facing a break point, unseeded Kelly prevailed after 77 minutes by the score of 6-2, 6-4. The lefty lifted his 13th career trophy on the ITF World Tennis Tour, his third in 2019.

M25 Nevers FRA – Arthur Reymond seals his maiden title
Left-handed Arthur Reymond clinched the trophy of the 22e Internationaux de Tennis Nevers-Nievre, held at Comite Departemental de Tennis de la Nievre, to celebrate his first singles title on the ITF World Tennis Tour.
In the all-French semi-finals, the 20-year-old rallied past big-serving No. 4 seed Dan Added in three close sets.
Top seeded Quentin Halys, who was ranked ITF No. 3 as a junior, defeated Alexis Gautier in straight sets.
Unseeded Reymond made two points more than his 22-year-old rival in the championship match to claim a 3-6, 7-6, 6-4 victory after one hour and 55 minutes.
M25 Santa Margherita di Pula ITA – Nerman Fatic captures back-to-back titles in Sardinia
Following his championship last week at the same place, Nerman Fatic from Bosnia and Herzegovina prevailed at the M25 Santa Margherita di Pula tournament, hosted at ASD Fortevillage.
The 24-year-old edged past left-handed teenager Emiliano Maggioli from Italy in the stage of the last four in straight sets.
Top seeded Croatian Nino Serdarusic made the last step to the final by beating Italian No. 6 seed Enrico Dalla Valle in two sets.
Winning 92 per cent of his first-service points, unseeded Fatic got the final victory by the score of 6-2, 6-1 after 85 minutes. The Sarajevo native celebrated his fifth clay-court title on the ITF World Tennis Tour, his third in 2019.
M25 Jounieh LBN – Veteran Matija Pecotic continues his great comeback run
Matija Pecotic was crowned champion of the ATCL Tennis Cup, held at Automobile and Touring Club Lebanon in Jounieh.
The 30-year-old Croatian, who played college Tennis in Princeton and is now coaching in Harvard, rallied past former No. 1 in ITF Juniors Jonathan Eysseric from France in the semifinal of the unseeded lefties in three sets.
French No. 3 seed Maxime Chazal acvanced from the top half of the draw, beating Jonathan Mridha from Sweden in the tiebreak of the final set.
30-year-old Pecotic broke his opponent’s serve six times in the title match to secure a 6-1, 4-6, 6-2 victory after two hours and 24 minutes. The Belgrad native celebrated his third title on the ITF World Tennis Tour in 2019, in addition to his four championships in 2015.
M25 Falun SWE – Martins Podzus celebrates his second title of the season
The M25 Falun tournament, hosted at Falu Tennisklubb, concluded with the championship of Martins Podzus.
The 25-year-old Latvian stopped Swedish wildcard entry Christian Samuelsson in the stage of the final four in a tough three-set battle.
Finnish Patrik Niklas-Salminen, who entered the competition on position eight, took the last step to the final by defeating Polish qualifier Wojciech Marek in straight sets.
No. 5 seeded Podzus won 72 per cent of his first-service points to prevail after two hours and 16 minutes by the score of 5-7, 6-3, 6-2. The Bauska native lifted his sixth career trophy on the ITF World Tennis Tour, his second in 2019.
M25 Tay Ninh VIE – Daniel Nguyen clinches another title on hard court
Daniel Nguyen got victorious at the Hai Dang Tennis Cup, held at Hai Dang Sport Complex in Tay Ninh.
The No. 6 seeded US-American advanced from the bottom half of the draw, beating Kazuki Nishiwaki from Japan in straight sets.
The tournament’s No. 8 Nam Hoang Ly from Vietnam, who entered the tournament by wildcard, battled past top seeded Yan Bai from China in the semi-finals in three sets.
Lasting one hour and 47 minutes, 28-year-old Nguyen outpointed his opponent in the title match 71-57 to seal a 6-3, 7-5 victory. The Long Beach-born celebrated his 14th hard court title on the ITF World Tennis Tour.
M15 Santiago CHI – Teenager Juan Manuel Cerundolo captures third season title
Left handed Juan Manuel Cerundolo triumphed at the Copa las Condes – Presentada por IND, hosted at Club el Alba in Santiago.
The No. 4 seed emerged victorious from the all-Argentinean semi-finals against top seeded Maximiliano Estevez in straight sets.
18-year-old No. 2 seed Sebastian Baez, who was ranked No. 1 in ITF Juniors last year, stopped the run of contemporary junior entry Alejo Lorenzo Lingua Lavallen in three sets.
17-year-old Cerundolo broke his opponent’s serve six times by losing four service games to claim a 6-1, 2-6, 6-3 win in the title match after one hour and 37 minutes. The Buenos Aires native, who was ranked No. 9 in ITF Juniors last year, lifted his third career trophy on the ITF World Tennis Tour, all of them won in 2019.
M15 Santa Tecla ESA – Ricardo Rodriguez-Pace seals favourite win
Top seeded Ricardo Rodriguez-Pace claimed the trophy of the Powerade Open, held at Federacion Salvadorena de Tenis in Santa Tecla.
The semi-finals featured the top 4 seeds of the draw and the 26-year-old Venezuelan rallied past No. 3 seeded Jose Olivares from the Dominican Republic in straight sets.
No. 4 seeded Jorge Brian Panta, who was ranked ITF No. 9 as a junior, emerged victorious from the all-Peruvian battle versus No. 2 seeded Mauricio Echazu in two sets.
Caracas-born Rodriguez-Pace outpointed his 24-year-old rival 96-87 to claim a 4-6, 6-3, 6-4 win after two hours and 56 minutes. He celebrated his 11th career title on the ITF World Tennis Tour.
M15 Pretoria RSA – Aleander Donski crowns his perfect week
The TSA Tuks International, hosted at University of Pretoria Tuks Tennis Courts, concluded with the triumph of Alexander Donski. In addition to his titles in singles, the Bulgarian clinched the doubles trophy together with Raheel Manji from Canada.
The 21-year-old Sofia resident avenged his loss in the final of Johannesburg last week, beating top seeded Benjamin Lock from Zimbabwe in the semi-finals in three sets.
17-year-old Arthur Cazaux from France, who entered the competition by his current junior ranking, advanced from the bottom half of the draw, edging past No. 8 seeded Mehluli Don Ayanda Sibanda from Zimbabwe in three sets.
The championship match was an epic battle, lasting three hours and 14 minutes, with both players losing one service game and striking 18 aces. No. 4 seeded Donski sealed a 7-6, 6-7, 7-6 victory to lift his maiden singles trophy on the ITF World Tennis Tour.
M15 Sabadell ESP – Johan Nikles ends drought period
Johan Nikles is the champion of the XXVII Open Ciutat de Sabadell, held at Club Tennis Sabadell. The 22-year-old has celebrated his first singles title on the ITF World Tennis Tour since his maiden championship in Sion 2016.
The Swiss No. 5 seed knocked off top seeded Nikolas Sanchez Izquierdo from Spain in the stage of the last four in three sets.
Ricardo Ojeda Lara from Spain, who finished runner-up, made the last step to the final by beating French qualifier Maxime Mora in straight sets.
Geneva-born Nikles converted eight of his 15 break-point chances to secure a 5-7, 6-4, 6-0 victory in the championship match in two hours and eight minutes.
M15 Tabarka TUN – Bogdan Bobrov clinches another trophy in Tabarka
22-year-old Bogdan Bobrov claimed the Magic Tours title at the Thabraca Magic Hotel in Tabarka.
The Russian battled past left handed teenager Arnaud Bovy from Belgium, who entered the tournament on position seven, in the semi-finals in two sets.
Argentinean No. 4 seed Fermin Tenti advanced from the top half of the draw, beating German qualifier George von Massow in straight sets.
Lasting two hours and 27 minutes, No. 2 seeded Bobrov came back from a set down, to get the final win by the score of 3-6, 6-3, 6-2. After his maiden title in Tabarka two weeks ago, the Penza-born lifted his second career trophy on the ITF World Tennis Tour.
M15 Antalya TUR – Michael Vrbensky captures back-to-back titles
Following his win last week in Ricany, Michael Vrbensky got the trophy of the GD Tennis Cup Series, hosted at Kaya Belek Resort Hotel in Antalya, without losing a set during the tournament.
The No. 3 seeded Czech stopped last Turkish hope Cengiz Aksu in the stage of the final four.
Top seeded German Peter Heller, who was ranked ITF No. 1 earlier this season, booked the spot in the final by defeating Indian teenager Adil Kalyanpur in straight sets.
19-year-old Vrbensky broke his opponent’s serve four times to seal a 7-5, 6-3 win in the title match after exactly two hours. The Nymburk native celebrated his fourth singles title on the ITF World Tennis Tour, the third in 2019.
M15 Sharm El Sheikh EGY – Marek Gengel with maiden title
Marek Gengel got the championship of the M15 Sharm El Sheikh tournament, held at Soho Square, to celebrate his first singles trophy on the ITF World Tennis Tour.
The 24-year-old Czech advanced from the bottom half of the draw, beating Polish No. 4 seed Michal Dembek in three sets.
Top seeded Alessandro Bega emerged victorious from the all-Italian semi-final battle versus No. 3 seeded Giorgio Ricca in three sets.
No. 6 seeded Gengel fired 10 aces during the 88 minutes lasting championship match to secure a 6-2, 5-7, 6-1 win.
M15 Nanchang CHN – Yecong Mo celebrates his maiden title
Teenager Yecong Mo triumphed at the M15 Nanchang tournament held at Zhong Chang Hong Wang Center.
The 19-year-old Chinese eased past Estonian No. 4 seed Vladimir Ivanov in the stage of the last four in three sets.
Chukang Wang from China knocked off US-American No. 2 seed Dusty H. Boyer in the semi-finals in three sets.
Capitalizing on five of his 10 break-point opportunities without facing a break point, unseeded Mo got the final win by the score of 6-0, 6-1 in 66 minutes. He lifted his first trophy on the ITF World Tennis Tour.
