M15 Prague CZE – Manuel Guinard celebrates his second title of the season
Manuel Guinard is the champion of the 2019 Neride Indoor Open, hosted at TK Neride in Prague. The 23-year-old French made the last step to the final by defeating Ukrainian qualifier Oleksii Krutykh in straight sets.
The tournament’s No. 8 Michael Vrbensky emerged victorious from the all-Czech semi-final clash against qualifier Marek Gengel in two sets.
No. 3 seeded Guinard struck nine aces in the championship match and won 82 per cent of his first-service points to prevail 7-6, 6-3 after one hour and 36 minutes. The Saint Malo-born lifted his fifth singles trophy on the ITF World Tennis Tour, his second in 2019.
M25 Malibu USA – Daniel Altmaier prevails in California
Daniel Altmaier got the trophy of the Oracle Pro Series, held at Ralphs-Straus Tennis Centre Pepperdine University in Malibu.
The 21-year-old German edged out US-American No. 4 seed Collin Altamirano in the stage of the last four in three sets.
Alexander Sarkissian won the all-US American semi-final battle versus Felix Corwin in three sets.
Kempen native Altmaier, who will play for the Gladbacher HTC in the German Bundesliga next season, capitalized on three of his six break-point chances without facing a break point in the title match to secure a 6-2, 6-4 win in 71 minutes. The No. 2 seed celebrated his seventh career title on the ITF World Tennis Tour.

“It’s tough playing these Oracle Pro Series tournaments,” said Altmaier. “Everybody can play good tennis, especially the college players. They are all very good competitors, and every match you have to be ready.”
M25 Saint Dizier FRA – Hugo Grenier seals home win
The 25e’ Internationaux de Tennis de Saint-Dizier, hosted at COSD Tennis Saint-Dizier, concluded with the championship of Hugo Grenier.
The No. 4 seed won the all-French semi-finals against No. 8 seeded Benjamin Bonzi in the tiebreak of the third set.
Eighteen-year-old Harold Mayot, who is ranked No. 1 in the ITF JuniorsFinals Road to Chengdu, eased past left handed No. 3 seed Corentin Denolly in straight sets. Denolly was ranked ITF No. 3 as a junior.
Twenty-three-year-old Grenier fired 11 aces and won 84 per cent of his first-service points to claim the final victory by the score of 6-1, 7-5 in 71 minutes. Winning his fourth title in 2019, the Montbrison native lifted his fifth career trophy on the ITF World Tennis Tour.
M15 Sharm El Sheikh EGY – Karim-Mohamed Maamoun with another title on home soil
Karim-Mohamed Maamoun claimed the title of the M15 Sharm El Sheikh tournament, held at Soho Square.
In the semi-finals with all top four favourites, the 28-year-old Egyptian battled past No. 3 seeded Laurynas Grigelis from Lithuania in three sets.
Spanish No. 4 seed Pablo Vivero Gonzalez benefited from the retirement of No. 2 seeded Italian Alessandro Bega at the score of 6-2, 2-0.
Top seeded Maamoun broke his opponent five times and dropped two service games in the championship match, to prevail 6-3, 7-5 after one hour and 34 minutes. The Cairo-born celebrated his 16th title on the ITF World Tennis Tour, his sixth in 2019.
M15 Heraklion GRE – Geoffrey Blancaneaux clinches his fourth title in 2019
French top seed Geoffrey Blancaneaux got victorious at the 15th Lyttos Beach tournament, hosted at Lyttos Beach Tennis Academy in Heraklion.
The former No. 5 in ITF Juniors rallied down No. 4 seeded Lucas Catarina from Monaco in the stage of the last four in straight sets.
No. 2 seed Yshai Oliel from Israel, who was ranked World No. 4 as a junior, advanced to the final by edging out Spanish teenager Pedro Vives Marcos in two sets.
Twenty-one year-old Blancaneaux dropped one service game in the title match and converted five of his 15 break-point opportunities against his left-handed rival to claim a 6-1, 6-2 win in 84 minutes. The Paris native lifted his fourth trophy this season, his 11th on the ITF World Tennis Tour.
M15 Meshref KUW – Marko Tepavac captures back-to-back titles
Following his championship at the same place last week, Marko Tepavac triumphed again at the M15 Meshref tournament, held at Kuwait Tennis Federation.
The 25-year-old Serb emerged victorious from the semi-final battle versus Swiss No. 5 seed Antoine Bellier, winning the tiebreak of the final set.
Frenchman Valentin Royer, who entered the tournament by his current junior-ranking, took the last step to the final by beating No. 3 seeded David Pichler from Austria in straight sets.
No. 4 seed Tepavac prevailed 6-4, 6-4 in 86 minutes, striking eight aces during the title match. The Belgrade-born celebrated his 19th singles trophy on the ITF World Tennis Tour, his fourth in 2019.
M15 Cancun MEX – Joao Lucas Reis da Silva succeeds on hard court
Teenager Joao Lucas Reis da Silva claimed the trophy of the M15 Cancun tournament, hosted at the Cancun Tennis Academy.
The Brazilian No. 6 seed made it through the bottom half of the draw, defeating No. 4 seeded US-American Nick Chappell in three sets.
No. 5 seeded Colin Sinclair, who is representing the Northern Mariana Islands, battled past British No. 7 seed Paul Jubb in the semi-finals in straight sets.
19-year-old Reis da Silva won 80 per cent of his first-service points in the championship match to seal a 6-2, 6-4 victory after one hour and 40 minutes. After his maiden triumph in Curitiba last year on clay, the Sao Paulo resident lifted his second trophy on the ITF World Tennis Tour.
M15 Maputo MOZ – David Perez Sanz earns his first title of the season
David Perez Sanz is the champion of the ninth edition of the Standard Bank Open, the largest tennis event and only international competition organised in Mozambique, held at the Jardim Tunduro Courts in Maputo City.
The 25-year-old Spaniard knocked off the tournament’s No. 1 seed Benjamin Lock from Zimbabwe in the stage of the final four in straight sets.
Zimbabwean No. 2 seed Takanyi Garanganga eased past No. 8 seeded Kelsey Stevenson from Canada in the semi-finals in two sets.
Lasting one hour and 37 minutes, No. 3 seeded Perez Sanz fired 10 aces to get the final victory by the score of 7-5, 6-3. After his successful season 2018 with six titles, the Burgos native lifted his first trophy in 2019 to celebrate his 19th career title on the ITF World Tennis Tour.

M15 Castellon ESP – Ricardo Ojeda Lara triumphs on home soil
The M15 Castellon tournament, hosted at Club Tenis Castellon, concluded with the victory of Ricardo Ojeda Lara.
The unseeded Spaniard battled through the bottom half of the draw, beating Swiss No. 6 seed Johan Nikles in straight sets.
Javier Marti emerged victorious from the all-Spanish semi-final clash versus No. 5 seeded Eduard Esteve Lobato in three sets.
26-year-old Ojeda Lara dropped one service game and converted four of his five break-point opportunities in the title match to claim a 6-3, 6-2 win after 73 minutes. The Cadiz-born celebrated his 14th singles championship on the ITF World Tennis Tour in addition to his ATP Challenger title in Meerbusch 2017.
M15 Monastir TUN – Matija Pecotic continues his great comeback-run
Matija Pecotic from Serbia triumphed at the Monastir Open, held at Tennis Club Monastir, to lift his eighth trophy on the ITF World Tennis Tour.
The 31-year-old lefty cruised past Louis Tessa from France in the stage of the last four in two clear sets.
The tournament’s top favourite Altug Celikbilek from Turkey made the last step to the final by beating Canadian junior entry Taha Baadi in two sets.
No. 3 seeded Pecotic capitalized on six of his nine break-point chances in the championship match and only lost one service game to prevail 6-1, 6-1 in 64 minutes. The former college player for Princeton University, who took a break from professional tennis for almost two years, has celebrated his fourth singles title since his comeback tournament in May 2019.
M15 Antalya TUR – Veteran Mircea-Alexandru Jecan claims his second title of the season
Left-handed Mircea-Alexandru Jecan got the trophy of the GD Tennis Cup Series, hosted at Kaya Belek Resort Hotel in Antalya.
The 31-year-old Romanian rallied past Fabian Marozsan from Hungary in the stage of the final four in straight sets.
Russian Alexander Shevchenko took the last step to the final by defeating Serbian No. 8 seed Mijan Zekic in three sets.
Jecan, who entered the tournament as a qualifier, outpointed his 18-year-old rival in the title match 83-77 to seal a 1-6, 6-4, 6-2 win after two hours and eight minutes. Following his maiden trophy on home soil earlier this season, the Bucharest resident lifted his second trophy on the ITF World Tennis Tour.
