CANBERRA, December 17, 2019
The entry list for the Apis Canberra International has been released headlined by eight top 100 players. World No. 57 Ugo Humbert of France leads the line-up of the $162,480 ATP Challenger event to be held at the Canberra Tennis Centre on January 6-12, 2020.
Humbert will be joined by Italians Andreas Seppi, who clinched the Canberra Challenger title in 2018, and Jannik Sinner, as well as Philipp Kohlschreiber and Dominik Koepfer of Germany, Spaniard Jaume Munar, Soonwoo Kwon of South Korea and US-American Steve Johnson.
The winner of the tournament will receive $21,600 in prize money as well as 125 ATP Ranking points. The hard-court event is part of the the Australian Pro Tour calendar, which offers a total prize money pool of over $1.1 million annually providing players with a competitive pathway.
