US-American Ashlyn Krueger won the girls’ 18s singles title at the prestigious Orange Bowl International Tennis Championships. The 16-year-old from Highland Village, Texas defeated No. 7 seed Jana Kolodynska of Belarus, 6-4, 6-4.

Krueger, who received a wild card into the main draw, also won the Orange Bowl 16s singles title a year ago.

The win caps off a successful fall slate for Krueger, who reached a pair of finals at ITF Grade 4 events, finishing runner-up in Atlanta before taking home the singles title in Orlando, Fla.

France’s Arthur Fils, who was unseeded, shocked the tournament’s No. 1 seed Peter Fajta of Hungary, 6-1, 4-6, 6-2, to win the boys’ 18s singles title. On Saturday, Fajta partnered with fellow Hungarian Zsombor Velcz to win the boys’ 18s doubles title.

The girls’ 18s doubles final was an all-US-American affair, with Reese Brantmeier from Whitewater, Wis. and Kimmi Hance of Torrance, Calif. taking home the title, knocking off Elise Wagle from Niskayuna, N.Y. and Katja Wiersholm of Kirkland, Wash. in a match that came down to a match-tiebreak.

The 16s division wrapped up on Friday at the Frank Veltri Tennis Center, with US-Americans sweeping all four titles.

Jonah Braswell from Sarasota, Fla. and Valeria Ray of Doral, Fla. secured the boys’ and girls’ singles titles, respectively.

Nicholas Godsick from Chagrin Falls, Ohio and Ethan Quinn from Fresno, Calif. prevailed in the boys’ doubles final, while Vivian Miller of Sullivan’s Island, S.C. and Maddy Zampardo of Grosse Pinte Farms, Mich. captured the girls’ doubles crown.
