M25 Naples USA – Clement Tabur wins maiden title
Clement Tabur is the champion of the ASC $25,000 Men’s World Tennis Tour, hosted by the Academia Sanchez-Casal in Florida.
The French qualifier knocked off the tournament’s top favourite Mitchell Krueger from the United States in the semi-finals in three sets.
No. 7 seeded Christian Harrison, the younger brother of former World No. 40 Ryan Harrison, emerged victorious from the all-US American semifinal-encounter against Michael Redlicki in straight sets.
Twenty-one-year-old Tabur won six points more in the title match to secure a 6-1, 1-6, 6-3 victory after two hours and 32 minutes. The Reims native, who was ranked junior’s World No. 10 and clinched the doubles trophy of the Australian Open Junior Championships alongside his countryman Hugo Gaston in 2018, celebrated his first singles title on the ITF World Tennis Tour.

M15 Monastir TUN – Aziz Dougaz triumphs on home soil
The Magic Hotel Tours tournament, held at Hotel Skanes Family in Monastir, concluded with the win of local favourite Aziz Dougaz.
The 23-year-old Tunisian, who played college tennis for the Florida State University, edged out Oliver Crawford from the United States in the stage of the last four in three sets.
Gauthier Onclin from Belgium, who clinched the title in Monastir last week, advanced to the final with a straight-set win against Austrian No. 4 seed Alexander Erler.
No. 2 seeded Dougaz struck nine aces in the championship match and outpointed his 19-year-old rival 95-84 to prevail 6-1, 3-6, 6-3 after two hours and nine minutes. The La Marsa native celebrated his fifth singles title on the ITF World Tennis Tour.

M15 Antalya TUR – Pedro Cachin captures another title on clay
Clay-court specialist Pedro Cachin won the Artengo Open Series 6, hosted by the Club Megasaray in Belek.
The Argentinian No. 2 seed rallied past Giovanni Fonio from Italy in the stage of the final four in three sets.
Matias Zukas booked the spot in the all-Argentinian final with a three-set victory against Bulgarian qualifier Gabriel Donev.
Twenty-five-year-old Cachin won 81 per cent of his first-service points and converted four of his five break-point opportunities in the title match to claim a 6-1, 6-4 win in 77 minutes. The Cordoba native lifted his eighth singles trophy on the ITF World Tennis Tour in addition to his ATP Challenger title in Seville 2015. The former junior’s World No. 8 has claimed all of his Pro Circuit titles on clay court.
M15 Sharm El Sheikh EGY – Teenager Jiri Lehecka prevails in Egypt
Jiri Lehecka clinched the trophy of the M15 Sharm El Sheikh tournament, which was held at Soho Square.
The Czech No. 3 seed made the last step to the final with a straight-set win versus Yu Hsiou Hsu from Chinese Taipei, who won the title in Sharm El Sheikh two weeks ago.
Polish qualifier Pawel Cias battled through the top half of the draw, beating German wild card entry Robert Strombachs in the semi-finals in two sets.
Mlada Boleslav-born Lehecka fired nine aced in the championship match and won 89 per cent of his first-service points to seal a 6-1, 6-1 victory in 47 minutes. Following his maiden title win on home soil in Prague last year, the 19-year-old celebrated his second career title on the ITF World Tennis Tour.
