Spanish TV To Broadcast Andalucia Open

Spanish Radio and Television Corporation ‘RTVE’ will broadcast the AnyTech365 Andalucia Open. This was announced by the organizers of the ATP Challenger and ATP Tour tournaments at the official presentation in Marbella on Monday morning. The back-to-back events are taking place from March 28 to April 11.

The press conference, held on the Pista Central Manolo Santana at the Club de Tenis Puente Romano, was attended by the Mayor of Marbella, Ms. María Ángeles Muñoz; the Minister of Education and Sports of the Junta de Andalucía, Mr. Francisco Javier Imbroda; the Secretary General for Sports of the Junta de Andalucía, Mr. José María Arrabal; the Councilor for Sports of Marbella, Mr. Manuel Miguel Cardeña; the General Director of Planning, Facilities and Sports Events of the Junta de Andalucía, Ms. Isabel Sánchez; the representative of Puente Romano Beach Resort, Mr. Alvaro Sánchez; AnyTech365 Founder and CEO, Mr. Tero Turunen; the General Director of the Royal Spanish Tennis Federation, Mr. Miguel Ángel Martín; of the former player Mr. Manolo Santana; and the tournament director and CEO of Champ Events Spain, Mr. Ronnie Leitgeb.

Broadcast will start on April 2 with three of the four ATP Challenger 80 quarterfinals and will continue until April 1 with the singles final of the ATP 250 tournaments.

Friday April 2nd – 12:00: 3 matches – Challenger 80 Quarter-Finals
Saturday April 3rd – 12:00: 2 matches – Challenger 80 Semifinals
Sunday April 4th – 12:00: 1 match – Challenger 80 Singles Final
Monday April 5th – 12:00: 3 matches  – ATP 250 First Round
Tuesday April 6th – 12:00: 3 matches  – ATP 250 First Round
Wednesday April 7th – 12:00: 3 matches  – ATP 250 Second Round
Thursday April 8th – 12:00: 3 matches  – ATP 250 Second Round
Friday April 9th – 11:00: 4 matches  – ATP 250 Quarter-Finals

Due to the ongoing pandemic, the tournaments will be held under strict COVID-19 protocols. A limited number of spectators will be allowed to attend the matches from Thursday, April 1.
