Rafael Nadal will lead the field at the Barcelona Open Banc Sabadell, where he will try to lift his 12th title. The Spaniard owns an impressive 61-4 record at the tournament, where he made his debut in 2003 as a 16-year-old.

The World No. 3 will face plenty of challenges in his home country, where Monte-Carlo champion Stefanos Tsitsipas and finalist Andrey Rublev will also be competing. Other top contenders include Argentine star Diego Schwartzman, home favourite Roberto Bautista Agut and seventh seed Denis Shapovalov.

There are also plenty of #NextGenATP stars in the field, including 10th seed Felix Auger-Aliassime, 11th seed Jannik Sinner, 19-year-old Italian Lorenzo Musetti and 17-year-olds Carlos Alcaraz and Holger Vitus Nodskov Rune.

ATP Tour returns to Serbia

ATP Tour action returns to Belgrade this week for the first time since 2012 at the Serbia Open. The country’s home hero, Novak Djokovic, leads the way as the top seed.

Djokovic won this tournament in 2009 and 2011, and he will try for a third trophy at the event against a tough field, which includes World No. 10 Matteo Berrettini and 2021 breakthrough star Aslan Karatsev.

Serbia is well represented in the field, with five seeded players from the country. Joining Djokovic are fourth seed Dusan Lajovic, fifth seed Filip Krajinovic, eighth seed Miomir Kecmanovic and ninth seed Laslo Djere.
