M15 Champaign USA – Jason Kubler triumphs in Illinois
Top seed Jason Kubler clinched the trophy of the M15 Champaign tournament, held at Atkins Tennis Center of the University of Illinois at Champaign.
The 28-year-old Australian, who was ranked World No. 91 in 2018, took the last step to the final by beating Gage Brymer from the United States in the stage of the final four in two sets.
Canadian Gabriel Diallo emerged victorious from the semi-final encounter of the qualifiers with a straight-set win versus Kyle Seelig from the United States.
Brisbane-born Kubler broke his 19-year-old opponent in the championship match five times without facing a break point to secure a 6-2, 6-1 victory in 72 minutes. The former junior’s World No. 1 lifted his 11th singles trophy on the ITF World Tennis Tour in addition to his five ATP Challenger titles.

M25 Klosters SUI – Nicolas Moreno de Alboran clinches second trophy of the season
Twenty-three-year-old Nicolas Moreno de Alboran from the United States is the champion of the ITF Open Klosters, hosted by Tennis Klosters.
The former college player for UC Santa Barbara defeated the tournament’s top favourite Dominic Stricker in the semi-finals in straight sets. Eighteen-year-old Stricker was ranked World No. 3 as a junior and won the title of the Roland Garros Junior Championships in 2020. Earlier this season, the Swiss lefty captured his maiden Challenger trophy on home soil in Lugano.
No. 7 seed Francesco Forti from Italy advanced to the final with a three-set victory against Jakub Paul from Switzerland.
Unseeded Moreno de Alboran won 82 per cent of his first-service points in the title match without losing a service game to prevail 6-4, 6-3 after one hour and 25 minutes. The New York native, who lives in Spain, celebrated his second career trophy on the ITF World Tennis Tour following his maiden title in Antalya earlier this season.

M25 Alkmaar NED – Jelle Sels returns to winners’ circle on home soil
The M25 Alkmaar tournament, held at the venue of TC Alkmaar, concluded with the title win of local hero Jelle Sels.
The 25-year-old Dutch knocked off the tournament’s second favourite Javier Barranco Cassano from Spain in the stage of the last four in two sets.
Spaniard Nicolas Alvarez Varona battled through the top half of the draw, beating Christopher Heyman from Belgium in the semi-finals in three sets.
Woerden-born Sels capitalized on five of his six break-point opportunities in the championship match against the former junior’s World No. 7 to prevail 6-1, 6-3 in 79 minutes. Following three title wins in 2018, the No. 3 seed celebrated his fourth singles trophy on the ITF World Tennis Tour.
M25 Montauban FRA – Franco Agamenone dominates in France
Franco Agamenone took the title of the Open de Montabaun, hosted by the Association Tennis Montauban, without dropping a set the entire week.
The Argentina-born, who represents Italy since 2020, stopped the run of French qualifier and former junior’s World No. 4 Arthur Cazaux in the stage of the final four.
Former Junior World No. 1 Jonathan Eysseric won the all-French semifinal-encounter versus Valentin Royer in three sets.
Twenty-eight-year-old Agamenone broke his 31-year-old opponent six times in the title match and lost one service game to seal a 6-2, 6-1 victory in 76 minutes. The Rio Cuarto native lifted his seventh career trophy on the ITF World Tennis Tour.

M15 Monastir TUN – Omni Kumar with debut title
Omni Kumar from the United States clinched the trophy of the Magic Hotel Tours tournament, held at Hotel Skanes Family in Monastir.
The college player for the Duke University in North Carolina made the last step to the final by defeating Spanish No. 7 seed Imanol Lopez Morillo in two sets.
Last week’s Monastir champion Luciano Darderi from Italy booked another spot in the final with a straight-set victory against Korean qualifier Uisung Park, who was ranked World No. 3 as a junior.
Left-handed Kumar outpointed the former No. 8 in the ITF Juniors Rankings in the championship match 82-67 to succeed 7-6, 6-3 after about two hours. The 19-year-old qualifier celebrated his first career title on the ITF World Tennis Tour.
M15 Antalya TUR – Facundo Juarez captures maiden trophy
Facundo Juarez emerged victorious at the M15 Antalya tournament, hosted by the Club Megasaray in Belek.
The 23-year-old won the all-Argentinian semifinal-clash against Mariano Kestelboim in two sets.
Francisco Comesana set the final with his Argentinian countryman by a straight-set victory versus Hungarian No. 2 seed Fabian Marozsan.
Mendoza-born Juarez converted nine of his 15 break-point chances and lost five service games in the title match to claim a 6-7, 6-2, 6-3 win after two hours and 46 minutes. The No. 8 seed lifted his first singles trophy on the Pro Circuit.
