TIBURON/STARNBERG, October 8, 2022
Top seed Denis Kudla moved on to the semi-finals of the Tiburon Challenger following a 7-5, 7-6(8) win over fifth favourite Enzo Couacaud of France on Friday.
The World No. 100 from the United States will next face his compatriot and No. 4 seed Ben Shelton, son of University of Florida men’s tennis coach Bryan Shelton. Kudla and Shelton are the only two seeded players left in the $53,120 hard-court competition.
