“We are very pleased that the participation of the last two champions of the Erste Bank Open in this year’s tournament has already been confirmed at a very early stage. Daniil Medvedev and Alexander Zverev not only played successfully in Vienna, but also thrilled the fans with their attractive tennis. In addition, Jannik Sinner and Lorenzo Musetti are two representatives of the young, up-and-coming tennis guard. All experts agree that both have a great and successful future ahead of them. In the coming weeks and months, we expect further top stars to confirm their participation. This means that we will once again be able to present the spectators a highly attractive player field at the Erste Bank Open this year,” tournament director Herwig Straka stated in a press release.
