Inaki Montes-De la Torre from Spain captured the title of the Trofeo AZIMUT held at the Tennis Club Citta dei Mille in Bergamo, Italy. The No. 5 seed of the ITF World Tennis Tour M15 clay-court event fought past Mariano Kestelboim of Argentina 6-3, 4-6,  7-5 in Sunday’s singles final.

The 20-year-old Montes-De la Torre, who studies in the United States and plays college tennis for the University of Virginia, converted seven of his 15 break-point opportunities to secure victory in three hours and 10 minutes.

The World No. 526 lifted his second career singles title on the ITF World Tennis Tour following his triumph on home soil in Mungia last year.
