Nishesh Basavareddy clinched the title of the 2026 Tennis Warehouse Open. The top seed of the ATP Challenger hard-court tournament in San Diego, California defeated Brazilian Igor Marcondes 7-5, 6-4 in Sunday’s singles final.
Basavareddy converted five of his eight break-point opportunities and won 56 per cent of the total points played to seal victory in one hour and 47 minutes.

The 21-year-old US-American captured his fourth ATP Challenger Tour career title, his second of the season following his triumph on home soil in Savannah. Basavareddy earned $17,000 in prize money as well as 75 ATP Ranking points. He is currently ranked world No. 139.
