Local girl Ash Barty has climbed on Thursday Brisbane’s iconic Story Bridge ahead of her attempt to scale the heights in the 2018 Brisbane International presented by Suncorp.

Barty, Australia’s highest-ranked player and winner of the 2017 Newcombe Medal, took in the spectacular views from the top of the Story Bridge as the sun set over her home city.
