During my warmup, I sustained an injury and unfortunately, have to withdraw,” said Kerber. “Thank you to all of my fans who came out to see me play. It was so great meeting you all in beautiful Oahu. I will be in attendance today to support the other players and I look forward to seeing everyone.”
