M15 Frankfurt am Main GER – Jan Choinski returns to winners’ circle
Jan Choinski took the trophy at the second edition of the Eintracht Frankfurt Open, hosted by Eintracht Frankfurt e.V.
The German-born, who represents Great Britain since 2019, eased past German No. 7 seed Kai Wehnelt in the semi-finals in straight sets.
No. 5 seeded Spaniard Imanol Lopez Morillo made it to the final with a hard-fought three-set win versus French No. 5 seed Arthur Reymond.
Choinski, 26, gained one break and 10 points more in the championship match to succeed 6-3, 7-6 after one hour and 41 minutes. The No. 6 seed celebrated his 11th singles title on the ITF World Tennis Tour and his first since 2019.
“I had so much fun to compete here. My goal is to capture every future-title in Germany, so I am happy to get my first trophy here in Frankfurt,” Chinski said during the final ceremony.

M25 Padova ITA – Federico Arnaboldi triumphs again on home soil
“2001 TEAM – CITTÀ DI PADOVA – MEMORIAL LINO BARBIERO”
The “2001 Team Citta di Padova Memorial Lino Barbiero”, held at Centro Sportivo 2000, concluded with the title win of local hero Federico Arnaboldi.
In the all-Italian semi-finals, the 22-year-old ended the run of wildcard entry Giacomo Dambrosi in two sets.
Teenager Gabriele Piraino advanced to the final with a straight-set win against Fausto Tabacco.
Unseeded Arnaboldi, who is coached by former tennis professional Diego Nargiso, earned the only four breaks in the title match to secure a 6-2, 6-1 victory in 67 minutes. The Como native lifted his third career trophy on the ITF World Tennis Tour, all of them won on Italian soil.
M25 Ystad SWE – Mathys Erhard clinches fourth trophy of the season
Mathys Erhard won the title of the Ystad M25, hosted by Ystad Tennis Club.
The 20-year-old won the all-French semifinal-clash against No. 7 seed Jules Marie in straight sets.
Austrian No. 8 seed David Pichler advanced to the final with a three-set win against No. 4 seeded Jonathan Mridha from Sweden.
No. 3 seeded Erhard outpointed his 26-year-old rival in the championship match 91-78 to prevail 6-0, 3-6, 7-5 in two hours and 34 minutes. The Toulouse native celebrated his fourth singles title on the ITF World Tennis Tour, all of them won in 2022.

M25 Tbilisi GEO – Bu Yunchaekete celebrates sixth title of 2022
Bu Yunchaokete won the title of the Tbilisi Open, held at Tennis Complex “Alexsandre Metrevelli”.
The Chinese No. 3 seed eased past Aleksandre Metrevelli from Georgia in the semi-finals in straight sets.
Edan Leshem from Israel reached the final with a three-set victory versus Turkish No. 6 seed Yanki Erel.
Twenty-year-old Yunchaokete, who was ranked World No. 5 as a junior, earned one break and one point more in the title match to seal a 6-3, 2-6, 6-3 win after more than two hours. The Hangzhou native lifted his sixth career trophy on the ITF World Tennis Tour, all of them won this season.
M25 Guayaquil ECU – Gonzalo Lama remains solid on clay
Gonzalo Lama was victorious at the M25 Copa Banco Guayaquil, hosted by Centro Nacional de Tenis.
The Chilean top seed made the last step to the final by defeating US-American No. 3 seed Kyle Seelig in straight sets.
Fifth seed Joao Lucas Reis da Silva from Brazil battled past Argentinian No. 4 seed Matias Franco Descotte in the semi-finals in two sets.
Santiago de Chile-born Lama sent down nine aces and earned two breaks more in the championship match to prevail 6-4, 4-6, 6-2 after two hours and 47 minutes. The 29-year-old celebrated his 15th singles title on the Pro Circuit including two titles on the ATP Challenger-Tour. The former World No. 160 clinched all his trophies on clay.

M25 Columbus USA – Murphy Cassone captures maiden title
Murphy Cassone is the champion of the M25 Columbus tournament, held at TY Tucker Tennis Center in Ohio.
The 20-year-old US-American finished the run of his compatriot and qualifier Cash Hanzlik in the semi-finals in two sets.
Australian top seed Rinky Hijikata booked the spot in the final with a straight-set win against Patrick Maloney from the United States.
In a one-sided title match, No. 8 seeded Cassone won 86 per cent of his first-service points and gained five breaks more to seal a 6-3, 6-0 victory in 69 minutes. The Overland Park native lifted his first trophy on the Pro Circuit.

M15 Jakarta INA – Yuta Shimizu claims third title of the season
No. 4 seeded Yuta Shimizu from Japan claimed the trophy of the Amman Mineral International Tennis Championships 2022, hosted by Hotel Sultantennis Court.
The former junior’s World No. 5 knocked off the tournament’s top seed Sasikumar Mukund from India in the semi-finals in straight sets.
No. 8 seeded Ryota Tanuma benefited in the all-Japanese semifinal-encounter from the retirement of No. 2 seed Shintaro Imai at the score of 3-6, 6-3, 3-1.
Twenty-three-year-old Shimizu broke his opponent in the championship match six times and lost three service games to advance 6-2, 7-5 after 90 minutes. The lefty from Konan celebrated his 11th singles title on the ITF World Tennis Tour and his third in 2022.

M15 Eupen BEL – Felix Gill succeeds on clay again
The Tchamba Open by BNP Paribas Forti, held at the venue of KTC Eupen, concluded with the triumph of left-handed Felix Gill.
The 20-year-old from Great Britain cruised past French No. 3 seed Antoine Hoang in the semi-finals in straight sets.
Buvaysar Gadamauri from Belgium battled through the bottom half of the draw, beating Italian No. 7 seed Tommaso Compagnucci in the semis in two sets.
Redditch-born Gill won 78 per cent of his first-service points in the title match and earned three breaks more to claim a 6-3, 6-4 victory in 80 minutes. The top seed lifted his second career trophy on the ITF World Tennis Tour following his maiden title win in Cairo last season.
“The audience today was as big as when I played the qualifiers at Wimbledon, and the atmosphere felt very good,” said Gil. “For the future, I want to continue to enjoy playing tennis and I hope to win many more tournaments.”

M15 Herzliya ISR – Ben Patael triumphs on home soil
Local hero Ben Patael earned the trophy of the M15 Herzlia tournament, hosted by BNEI Herzliya Tennis Club.
The 25-year-old fought past his No. 5 seeded fellow Israeli Orel Kimhi in the semi-finals in three sets.
Japanese No. 6 seed Kazuma Kawachi defeated No. 3 seeded Daniel Little from Great Britain in the stage of the final four in straight sets.
Top seeded Patael struck 10 aces in the championship match and scored five points more to succeed 7-6, 2-6, 6-3 lasting two hours and 33 minutes. The Tel Aviv native celebrated his seventh hard-court singles title on the ITF World Tennis Tour.
“Today was a really tough match and hard fight but I’m happy that I got through it especially after the last couple weeks making multiple finals it was really nice to take this tournament this week and come out on top,” said Patael.
“I’ve been working really hard physically and mentally and pushing myself and I’m feeling very happy with the way I am playing at the moment all thanks to my coaches and my team, I’m really enjoying competing and playing and I just hope to keep it flowing.”

M15 Helsinki FIN – Charles Broom prevails again on hard court
Charles Broom took the title of the M15 Helsinki tournament, held at Meilahden Liikuntakeskus.
The second seed from Great Britain advanced to the final with a straight-set victory against French No. 5 seed Mathieu Scaglia.
Polish No. 3 seed Filip Peliwo knocked out the tournament’s top seed Terence Atmane from France in the semi-finals in two sets.
Saint Albans-born Broom gained two breaks more in the title match to secure a 4-6, 6-4, 6-1 win after two hours and 18 minutes. The 24-year-old lifted his third career trophy on the ITF World Tennis Tour, all of them won on hard court.

The 20-year-old Argentinian edged out Simon Anthony Ivanov from Bulgaria in the stage of the last four in straight sets.
Top seeded Juan Pablo Paz set the all-Argentinian final, finishing the run of Romanian qualifier Radu Mihai Papoe in the semi-finals in two sets.
Aboian, 20, broke his 27-year-old rival in the championship match four times to triumph 6-3, 6-3 in 93 minutes. Following his maiden title win in Cairo earlier in the season, the Buenos Aires native celebrated his second singles trophy on the ITF World Tennis Tour.

Luca Tomasetto has been crowned champion at the Egypt Men’s Future, held at Al-Solaimaneyah Tennis Club.
The 26-year-old Italian eased past No. 3 seed Mohamed Safwat from Egypt in the stage of the final four in straight sets.
Argentinian Thiago Cigarran battled throuth the bottom half of the draw, beating Alec Beckley from South Africa in the semi-finals in two sets.
Unseeded Tomasetto earned two breaks and nine points more in the title match to seal a 6-2, 7-6 victory lasting two hours and 14 minutes. The Cirie native lifted his first trophy on the Pro Circuit.

Frenchman Jaimee Floyd Angele captured the title of the World Tennis Tour Cancun 2022, hosted by Cancun Tennis Complex.
The torunament’s top favourite took the last step to the final by defeating Australian No. 3 seed Adam Walton in two sets.
Teenager Francisco Pini emerged victorious from the all-Argentinian semifinal-clash against Luciano Doria in straight sets.
Angele, 22, capitalized on four of his eight break-point chances in the championship match and dropped three service-games to prevail 6-3, 7-6 in about two hours. The Clichy native celebrated his third singles title on the ITF World Tennis Tour, all of them achieved in North America.
M15 Monastir TUN – Rigele Te returns to winners‘ circle
Rigele Te clinched the trophy of the Magic Hotel Tours tournament, held at Hotel Skanes Family in Monastir.
The 24-year-old Chinese beat French No. 2 seed Arthur Cazaux in the semi-finals in two sets.
Last week’s Monastir champion Mark Lajal, the Estonian No. 5 seed, booked another spot in the final with a straight-set win versus Matthew Dellavedova from Australia.
Huhehaote-born Te fired 15 aces in the title match and scored one point more to claim a 6-3, 3-6, 7-5 win after two hours and 48 minutes. The No. 7 seed lifted his fourth career trophy on the ITF World Tennis Tour following three championships on home soil in 2018.
