Fabian Marozsan of Hungary captured the title of the Internazionali di Tennis Città di Perugia | G.I.Ma. Tennis Cup. The No. 7 seed of the ATP Challenger Tour 125 clay-court event held at the Tennis Club Perugia ended the run of Italian wild card entry Edoardo Lavagno, winning 6-2, 6-3 in the singles final on Sunday evening.
Marozsan capitalized on four of his nine break-point opportunities to prevail after one hour and two minutes.

“I’m happy with the way I’m playing and I’m happy to win this title. Edoardo had a great week and I congratulate him,” Marozsan said. “I started the adventure with a new team and it is going really well. I am proud of what I am doing, a few weeks ago I had never beaten a top 100 player. I know my tennis and I can improve in almost everything.”
By lifting his third ATP Challenger career trophy, his second of the season after winning in Antalya, Turkey in March, Marozsan collected €19,650 in prize money as well as 125 ATP Ranking points
