Following his triumph two years ago, Constant Lestienne has captured his second title at the JC Ferrero Equelite Academy in Villena, Spain by winning the sixth edition of the Alicante Ferrero Challenger.
In a repeat of the 2021 final, the 31-year-old Frenchman outlasted his compatriot Hugo Grenier 6-7(10), 6-2, 6-4 in Sunday’s singles final. Lestienne withstood 24 aces and broke his rival’s serve six times to seal victory in two hours and 56 minutes.

The top seed of the €118,000 ATP Challenger Tour hard-court event earned €16,020 in prize money as well as 100 ATP Ranking points. Lestienne lifted his ninth Challenger career trophy.
