The draw for the 2024 Davis Cup Finals Group Stage was conducted at the ITF offices in London today, with the 16 competing teams drawn into four groups of four teams.
The Finals Group Stage will take place on 10-15 September 2024 across four cities: Bologna (Italy), Manchester (Great Britain), Valencia (Spain) and Zhuhai (China, P.R.).
At the Unipol Arena in Bologna, defending world champions Italy will face Netherlands, Belgium and Brazil in Group A.. Last year’s runners-up Australia head Group B, alongside Czechia, France and host nation Spain, with that group to be contested at the Pabellón Municipal Fuente de San Luis in Valencia.
Group C will see fourth-seeded Germany take on USA, Slovakia and Chile at the Hengqin International Tennis Center in Zhuhai, China, P.R. And 2022 world champions Canada are the highest-ranked team in Group D, with the Canadians set to play Finland, host nation Great Britain and Argentina at the AO Arena in Manchester.
The winners and runners-up of each group will progress to the Final 8 knockout stage at the Palacio de Deportes José María Martín Carpena in Malaga on 19-24 November 2024. The draw for the Final 8 will take place following the Finals Group Stage in September.
