The fourth edition of the ATP Challenger Tour event was held in Astana, the capital of Kazakhstan, a vibrant city known for its futuristic skyline and modern architecture. Renamed Nur-Sultan from 2019 to 2022 in honor of the former president, the city reverted to its original name. Located in the northern part of the country, Astana features landmarks such as the Bayterek Tower, a symbol of the city’s prosperity, and the striking Khan Shatyr, a giant tent-like structure housing a shopping and entertainment center. As a hub of political, economic, and cultural activity, Astana reflects Kazakhstan’s rapid development and ambition on the global stage.
