Vit Kopriva and Andrea Pellegrino will compete in Sunday’s singles final of the Invest In Szczecin Open. Kopriva knocked out defending champion and No. 2 seed Federico Coria from Argentina 5-7, 7-5, 7-6(4) in the stage of the last four on Saturday.
The 27-year-old from the Czech Republic converted seven of his 15 break-point chances, saved five match points and won one point more than his rival to secure victory in three hours and nine minutes.

Later in the afternoon, Pellegrino beat Gerard Campana Lee of South Korea 6-3, 6-4. The 175th-ranked Italian broke his opponent’s serve five times to advance in one hour and 20 minutes.
World No. 143 Kopriva is bidding for his fourth ATP Challenger Tour career title, his first of the season. Pellegrino could also lift his fourth Challenger trophy. The Italian won both of the pair’s previous two meetings.
Andreozzi/Arribage triumph in doubles
In other action, Guido Andreozzi of Argentina and Frenchman Theo Arribage clinched the doubles title. The top seeds defeated US-American Ryan Seggerman and Szymon Walkow of Poland 6-2, 6-1 in 47 minutes.
By winning their first team title, Andreozzi and Arribage split €8,450 in prize money and earned 175 ATP Doubles Ranking points.
