MIAMI/STARNBERG, March 24, 2025
Novak Djokovic set a new record for ATP Masters 1000 match wins on Sunday, securing his 411th victory by defeating lucky loser Camilo Ugo Carabelli of Argentina in the third round of the Miami Open presented by Itau.
The 37-year-old Serbian struck 10 aces and won 80 per cent of his first-service points to advance in one hour and 45 minutes.
Djokovic began the tournament with 409 ATP Masters 1000 wins, trailing Rafael Nadal by just one. With back-to-back victories in Florida, he first equaled and then surpassed his longtime rival, cementing his place at the top of the all-time leaderboard.

“I’m honoured to have another milestone, another record broken,” said Djokovic. “There’s always something on the line pretty much every time I play, and of course that motivates me to do well at tournaments.”
Up next for World No. 5 Djokovic will be Italian Lorenzo Musetti.
