LTA Media Release, April 15, 2026
The 2026 HSBC Championships line-up continues to strengthen, as three current ATP and WTA top ten stars and an Olympic gold medalist join a stellar cast set to feature at The Queen’s Club this summer.
In the women’s WTA 500 event, world No.10 Victoria Mboko and Olympic gold medalist, and world No.11, Belinda Bencic join world No.5 Jessica Pegula and last year’s runner-up, world No. 6 Amanda Anisimova, alongside British No.1 Emma Raducanu and Iva Jovic.
Belinda Bencic is no stranger to the grass, having won the Eastbourne title in 2015 and reaching the Wimbledon semi-finals last year following her return to the tour after the birth of her daughter Bella.
Meanwhile, Victoria Mboko has been one of the stories of the WTA Tour over the last year. After starting 2025 with an ITF W35 title in Manchester, the 19-year-old went on to make her WTA 1000 debut in Miami, before winning the prestigious WTA 1000 Montreal. So far in 2026, Mboko has reached finals at the Qatar Open and Adelaide International as well as quarter-finals in both Indian Wells and Miami. She said:
“I am so excited to be making my HSBC Championships debut this summer! Having heard such great things about the tournament, it was one of the events I am looking very much forward to compete at.
The last 12 months have been incredible with so many new experiences and this is another one to add to the list. Being able to play at The Queen’s Club in the second year of the new women’s event is going to be very special.
I’m feeling confident and happy with how the first few months of the year have been going so far. I’m just enjoying every moment I get to go out and compete. This is a chance for me to show what I can do on the grass and I can’t wait to get going.”
In the men’s ATP 500 event, world No.7 Alex de Minaur and world No.9 Lorenzo Musetti are both confirmed, with the two former Queen’s Club runners up joining two-time champion Carlos Alcaraz and Jack Draper in this year’s draw, and seeking to go one better.
De Minaur and Musetti, since making the finals of Queen’s in 2023 and 2024 respectively, have been among the standout players on tour, reaching the latter stages of all four Grand Slams, and in Musetti’s case, winning a bronze medal at the 2024 Paris Olympics. De Minaur also has a British grass court title to his name, after winning in Eastbourne in 2021. On his return to the HSBC Championships, he said:
“London is like a home away from home for me, so coming back to the HSBC Championships was always a must this season.
Reaching the final in 2023 was an amazing experience and one I’ll never forget, but I want to get my hands on the trophy this time around.
I can’t wait to see the packed-out crowds and get back out on the grass again this summer. The entry list is looking strong so far, but I’m confident I can go all the way.”
This year’s HSBC Championships will take place from 8-21 June, starting with the WTA tournament before the ATP event starts the following week. The full entry lists for this summer’s event will be confirmed in May.
