In front of 3,000 spectators, Robin Haase claimed his tenth ATP Challenger title winning in Aix-en-Provence on Sunday. The 28-year-old Dutch defeated Paul-Henri Mathieu 7-6, 6-2. Haase won 74% of his first service points to seal victory in one hour and 44 minutes capturing his first title of the season.
Haase also won the doubles title. The Dutch emerged victorious alongside his partner Aisam-Ul-Haq Qureshi winning the final on Saturday 6-1, 6-2 against Nicholas Monroe and Artem Sitak.
