Roland Garros Prize Money Increased To Over €39 Million

A total of €39,197,000 in prize money will be awarded at the 2018 French Open, an increase on 2017.

In seeking to support the development of the game, the President of the French Tennis Federation, Bernard Giudicelli, and the Tournament Director, Guy Forget, have decided to close the gap between the men’s and women’s singles champions and first-round losers, while also increasing qualifying prize money by an average of 19%.
