After seven months on the sidelines, three-time champion Jo-Wilfried Tsonga returns to the ATP World Tour in front of a home crowd at the Moselle Open in Metz. Tsonga will be joined by US Open semi-finalist Kei Nishikori and #NextGenATP Greek Stefanos Tsitsipas.
Former champions Lucas Pouille and Gilles Simon, alongside Richard Gasquet and Adrian Mannarino, lead a strong line-up of home talent. French players have triumphed in seven of the past nine editions of the Moselle Open.
Thiem headlines St.Petersburg Open
Following his run to the US Open quarterfinals, Dominic Thiem returns to ATP World Tour action at the St. Petersburg Open. The 10-time tour-level titlist is joined in Russia by Stan Wawrinka and defending champion Damir Dzumhur.
The best of Russian talent will also compete for the title, with the top five Russians in the ATP Rankings all in attendance. One of those men, 2004 champion Mikhail Youzhny, will retire after the tournament.
