The International Tennis Federation and Kosmos Tennis have today announced the renewed sponsorship deal with luxury Swiss watchmaker Rolex for the Davis Cup by BNP Qualifiers and Davis Cup by BNP Paribas Finals.
“Rolex plays a fundamental role in tennis, both as a sponsor and as official timekeeper, marking performance and progress from season to season across the sport and accompanying players in their pursuit of excellence. The emblematic Rolex brand was visible throughout the Davis Cup Qualifiers played in 12 different countries around the world this weekend, as well as throughout the Davis Cup Finals to be held in Madrid in November. “This is an exciting time for all of us and we look forward to working closely with Rolex to grow our partnership across all markets and reaching new audiences in order to have a bigger impact with the competition,” said Javier Alonso, CEO, Kosmos Tennis.

18 teams confirmed for Davis Cup by BNP Paribas Finals in Madrid
Following the Davis Cup Qualifiers this weekend, the final line-up for the Davis Cup Finals is now complete with the 12 winning nations joining the six nations already qualified.
The 18 teams set to compete at La Caja Mágica in Madrid from 18-24 November are: Argentina, Australia, Belgium, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Croatia, France, Germany, Great Britain, Italy, Japan, Kazakhstan, Netherlands, Russia, Serbia, Spain, United States.
The Davis Cup Finals competition begins with a group stage comprising 18 teams competing in six groups of three nations, playing three – two singles, one doubles – three set tiebreak matches. The six group winners plus the two second-placed teams with the best records – based on sets and games won – will qualify for the quarter-finals. The Davis Cup World Champions will be crowned after the completion of this knockout phase.
