Adrian Mannarino claimed his maiden ATP Tour singles title at the Libema Open in s’Hertogenbosch. The 30-year-old Frenchman secured a 7-6(7), 6-3 win over first-time singles finalist Jordan Thompson of Australia on Sunday afternoon.
Mannarino saved six of the seven break points he faced, capitalizing on two of his own four chances to prevail after two hours and one minute. The World No. 44 takes away from the Netherlands €109,590 in prize money as well as 250 ATP-Ranking points.

Mannarino, who had gone 0-for-6 in his previous finals, becomes the ninth first-time singles champion of the 2019 ATP Tour season.
“People are going to stop talking [about my finals record],” said Mannarino. “In France, we have another player, Julien Benneteau, who lost 10 finals and never won a title. Every time I was losing a [final] I was on my way to Benneteau… This is a big achievement for me. I am not pretending to be Top 10 or anything. Winning a title on the ATP Tour level is already something amazing for me and I cannot be more thankful to all the people who helped me get to this title.”
Inglot/Krajicek take doubles title
On Saturday, Dominic Inglot from Great Britain and US-American Austin Krajicek were crowned doubles champions. The duo fought past Marcus Daniell from New Zealand and Dutchman Wesley Koolhof, winning 6-4, 4-6, 10-4 in the final. The encounter lasted one hour and 25 minutes.
“I was really happy with the win today,” said Inglot, as quoted on the ATP Tour website. “The last month or so has been a difficult time for me, I haven’t had a lot of wins, but this was a first tournament playing with Austin and I thought this tournament we really gelled well.”
