Federico Delbonis was the last man standing at the Citta di Perugia Sidernestor Tennis Cup. The top seed from Argentina defeated Spanish veteran Guillermo Garcia Lopez in Sunday’s singles final 6-0, 1-6, 7-6(5) to clinch the title of the €46,600 ATP Challenger clay-court event held at the Tennis Club Perugia, Italy.
Delbonis, who only dropped one set en route to the final, broke his opponent’s serve six times and converted his seventh match point after two hours and 16 minutes.

By lifting his 11th ATP Challenger career trophy, the lefty from Azul earned €6,190 in prize money as well as 80 ATP-Ranking points.
Earlier in the day, Tomislav Brkic of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Ante Pavic from Croatia took the doubles title. The No. 4 seeds defeated Brazilian Rogerio Dutra Silva and Szymon Walkow of Poland 6-4, 6-3. The encounter lasted 65 minutes.
