M25 Medellin COL – Gilbert Klier Junior prevails in Colombia
Gilbert Klier Junior captured the trophy of the Open de Medellin – Indeportes Antioquia, hosted by the Club el Rodeo.
In the semi-finals with the top four favourites in actions, the 21-year-old fought past his top seeded fellow Brazilian Pedro Sakamoto in two sets.
No. 2 seed Joao Lucas Reis da Silva set the all-Brazilian final with a straight-set win against Mexican No. 4 seed Gerardo Lopez Villasenor.
Brasilia-born Klier Junior converted four of his eight break-point chances in the title match without losing a service-game to succeed 6-2, 6-2 in 73 minutes. The No. 3 seed, a former World No. 10 in the ITF Juniors Ranking, lifted his third career trophy on the ITF World Tennis Tour.
M25 Johannesburg RSA – Alastair Gray captures maiden title
Alastair Gray from Great Britain was victorious at the Jozi Open, held at Markspark Tennis Club in Johannesburg.
The Twickenham native finished the run of South-African qualifier Dylan Salton in the stage of the last four in two sets.
Jeremy Beale from Australia, who clinched the trophy in Monastir last week, stopped the run of Israeli qualifier Sahar Simon in the semi-finals in straight sets.
Unseeded Gray outpointed his rival in the championship match 91-80 to secure a 7-6, 6-4 victory after one hour and 42 minutes. The 23-year-old, who played college tennis for the Texas Christian University, celebrated his first singles title on the ITF World Tennis Tour.

M25 Sintra POR – Paul Jubb goes back-to-back in Portugal
Following his title win at the same place last week, Paul Jubb clinched the trophy of the M25 Sintra II tournament, hosted by Belura Tennis Academy.
The 21-year-old from Great Britain fought past Argentinian No. 4 seed Santiago Fa Rodriguez Taverna in the semi-finals in straight sets.
Alejandro Moro Canas won the all-Spanish semifinal clash against qualifier Adria Soriano Barrera in three sets.
York-born Jubb capitalized on five of his six break-point opportunities in the title match without dropping a service game to claim a 6-0, 6-2 win after 58 minutes. The No. 5 seed, who played college tennis for the University of South Carolina and captured the title of the NCAA Division Championships 2019, celebrated his sixth career title on the ITF World Tennis Tour and his fourth this season.

M25 Plaisir FRA – Tristan Schoolkate wins maiden title
The Tournoi de la Ville de Plaisir, held at Tennis Club de Plaisier, concluded with the title win of Tristan Schoolkate.
The Australian booked the spot in the final with a straight-set win against Swiss No. 5 seed Antoine Bellier.
French qualifier Alexandre Reco benefited in the semi-finals from the retirement of Vasil Kirkov from the United States at the score of 7-5, 3-1.
Twenty-year-old Schoolkate struck four aces and won 77 per cent of his first-service points in the championship match to triumph 6-4, 7-5 in 93 minutes. The Perth native captured his first singles trophy on the ITF World Tennis Tour.

M25 Madrid ESP – Luca Nardi clinches second title of the season
Luca Nardi won the XII ITF Torneo Internacional Masculino Villa de Madrid Trofeo Volvo hosted by Ciudad de la Raqueta in Madrid.
The 18-year-old Italian ended the run of Spanish qualifier Nikolas Sanchez Izquierdo in the semi-finals in straight sets.
German No. 4 seed Louis Wessels advanced to the final with a three-set victory versus Carlos Lopez Montagud from Spain.
Unseeded Nardi broke his 23-year-old rival for four times and lost one service-game in the title match to prevail 7-5, 6-2 in 80 minutes. The Pesaro native lifted his third career trophy on the ITF World Tennis Tour and his second in 2021.

M15 Champaign USA – Martin Damm wins maiden trophy on the Pro Circuit
Left-handed teenager Martin Damm took the title of the M15 Champaign tournament, which was held at Atkins Tennis Center in the University of Illinois at Champaign.
The son of former tennis professional Martin Damm Sr. emerged victorious from the all-US American semi-final encounter against No. 5 seeded John McNally in straight sets.
Gabi Adrian Boitan from Romania took the last step to the final by defeating US-American Cannon Kingsley in three sets.
No. 2 seeded Damm sent down 12 aces in the championship match to seal a 6-3, 3-6, 6-2 victory after two hours and 45 minutes. The 17-year-old from Bradenton, who was ranked World No. 3 as a junior, celebrated his first singles title on the ITF World Tennis Tour.

M15 Ulcinj MNE – Alejo Lorenzo Lingua Lavallen earns maiden title
Alejo Lorenzo Lingua Lavallen claimed the trophy of the M15 Karisma Adriatic Montenegro ITF World Tour, hosted by the Tennis Club Bellevue.
The 20-year-old won the all-Argentinian semifinal battle against his No. 8 seed Mariano Navone in three sets.
Felix Gill from Great Britain battled through the bottom half of the draw, beating Frenchman Timo Legout in the semi-finals in straight sets.
Marco Juarez-born Lingua Lavallen broke his opponent in the title match four times and lost only one service game to succeed 6-3, 6-2 after one hour and 39 minutes. The No. 3 seed lifted his first trophy on the ITF World Tennis Tour.
M15 Sozopol BUL – Ryan James Storrie prevails in Bulgaria
The Santa Marina Cup 2021, held at Santa Marina Tennis Centre, concluded with the title win of Ryan James Storrie.
The 23-year-old Briton cruised past French No. 6 seed Valentin Vacherot in the stage of the final four in two sets.
Top seeded German Kai Wehnelt edged out Czech No. 3 seed Martin Krumich in the semi-finals in straight sets.
In the championship match with both players gaining four breaks, unseeded Storrie won one point less than the former college player but secured a 6-4, 0-6, 6-2 win after about two hours. The Dorchester native, who was sidelined from professional tennis for more than two years, celebrated his second singles title on the ITF World Tennis Tour
M15 Zlatibor SRB – Fabian Marozsan captures third title of the season
Fabian Marozsan is the champion of the Zlatibor Open 2021, hosted by TC Zlatibor Springs.
The top seeded Hungarian eased past Russian No. 3 seed Yan Bondarevskiy in the semi-finals in two sets.
Marco Tepavac, the Serbian No. 2 seed, booked the spot in the final featuring the top two favourites with a straight-set win against Hungarian No. 8 seed Gergely Madarasz.
Twenty-one-year-old Marozsan benefited in the title match from the retirement of the local hero at the score of 6-4, 2-1. The Budapest lifted his fourth career trophy on the ITF World Tennis Tour and his third in 2021.
M15 Monastir TUN – Li Tu clinches another title in Monastir
Following his maiden title win at the same place three weeks ago, Li Tu clinched another trophy at the Magic Hotel Tours tournament, held at Hotel Skanes Family in Monastir.
The 25-year-old Australian knocked off the tournament’s top favourite Gage Brymer from the United States in the semi-finals in three sets.
Brazilian qualifier Gabriel Decamps advanced to the final with a straight-set win versus Japanese No. 2 seed Ryota Tanuma.
Wild card entry Tu fired 13 aces and gained five breaks in the championship match to claim a 6-2, 6-1 victory in 62 minutes. The Adelaide resident was sidelined from tennis in the period from summer 2014 to 2020 due to study and working as a tennis coach. Following his successful run at the Australian UTR Pro Tennis Series he was awarded a wild card into the main draw of the Murray River Open 2021 and after the withdrawal of Andy Murray for the main draw of the Australian Open.

Leonardo Aboian emerged victorious at the Egypt Men’s Future, hosted by Al-Solaimaneyah Tennis Club in Cairo.
The Argentinian qualifier made the last step to the final by defeating French No. 7 seed Nathan Seateun in three sets.
Italian No. 5 seed Simone Roncalli cruised past No. 5 seeded Frenchman Quentin Folliot in the semi-finals in straight sets.
