The top two seeds of the y €45,730 Internazionali di Tennis Città di Todi have booked their second-round spots. World No. 120 Pedro Cachin of Argentina defeated Lukas Klein from Slovakia 6-2, 7-6(4). The 27-year-old South American sent down six aces, saved all eight break points he faced and capitalized on both of his own two break-point chances to prevail after one hour and 50 minutes.
In the bottom half of the draw, 145th-ranked Flavio Cobolli from Italy edged past Andrea Collarini of Argentina 6-3, 6-3. The 20-year-old Florence native converted four of his eight break points and won 58 per cent of the total points played to advance in one hour and 32 minutes.

“My Wimbledon my experience didn’t last long and today I had just the white outfit,” Cobolli said and laughed after losing in the first round of the qualifying st SW19. “
“It’s true that this week two 125 Challengers are also being held, but I always love to come back to Todi. I know that I will be happy with the organization of MEF Tennis Events.”
