M25 Pardubice CZE – Hynek Barton captures maiden title on home soil
The Moneta Pardubice Open 2022, hosted by LTC Pardubice, concluded with the title win of local teenager Hynek Barton.
The Czech wildcard entry advanced to the final with a straight-set win versus Toby Kodat from the United States.
British No. 3 seed Felix Gill battled past Maxime Chazal from France in the semi-finals in three sets.
Unseeded Barton converted seven of his 12 break-point chances in the championship match by dropping five service games to seal a 7-5, 7-5 victory after one hour and 39 minutes. The 18-year-old lifted his first singles trophy on the Pro Circuit.
M25 Santa Margherita di Pula ITA – Carlos Lopez Montagud earns fifth trophy of the season
Carlos Lopez Montagud and Edoardo Lavagno
Carlos Lopez Montagud was crowned champion of the Fortevillage ITF Trophy, held at the venue of ASD Fortevillage.
The 22-year-old Spaniard fought past German No. 2 seed Elmar Ejupovic in the stage of the last four in two sets.
No. 4 seed Edoardo Lavagno defeated fellow Italian and wildcard entry Fabrizio Andaloro in the semi-finals in straight sets.
Algemesi-born Lopez Montagud gained three breaks and nine points more in the title match to triumph 7-5, 6-3 after one hour and 45 minutes. The No. 3 seed celebrated his fifth singles title on the ITF World Tennis Tour, all of them achieved on clay this season.
M25 Pirot SRB – Vladyslav Orlov prevails in Serbia
Vladyslav Orlov is the champion of the Todorovic Academy Open, hosted by the Tennis Academy Todorovic.
The Ukrainian No. 4 seed made the last step to the final by defeating Kirill Kivattsev in straight sets.
No. 2 seeded Romanian Cezar Cretu cruised past French No. 5 seed Corentin Denolly in the semi-finals in two sets.
Twenty-seven-year-old Orlov outpointed his rival in the championship match 92-69 to claim victory by the score of 6-1, 4-6, 6-3 after more than two hours. The Kharkiv native lifted his sixth career trophy on the ITF World Tennis Tour.
M25 Darwin AUS – Dane Sweeny clinches fourth title of the season
Dane Sweeny clinched the trophy of the Darwin International#1, held at Darwin International Tennis Centre.
The 21-year-old emerged victorious from the all-Australian semi-final battle against No. 4 seed James McCabe in three sets.
US-American No. 3 seed Kyle Seelig, who played college tennis for Ohio State University, edged out Australian No. 2 seed Tristan Schoolkate in the stage of the final four in straight sets.
In the three hours and 28 minutes lasting title match, Penrith-born Sweeny scored one point less but secured a 6-3, 6-7, 6-4 win. The No. 2 seed celebrated his fourth singles title on the ITF World Tennis Tour, all of them achieved in Australia this season.
M15 Danderyd SWE – Karl Friberg remains successful in Scandinavia
Karl Fridberg captured the title of the Catella Open, hosted by Collector Bank Arena, without dropping a set during the tournament.
The 23-year-old from Sweden cruised through the bottom half of the draw, beating British No. 6 seed Johannus Monday in the semis.
Croatian qualifier Vito Tonejc continued his great run by defeating Simon Freund from Sweden in the semi-finals in three sets.
No. 5 seeded Friberg sent down six aces and earned the only break in the championship match to succeed 6-4, 7-6 after about two hours. The Orebro native lifted his fourth career trophy on the ITF World Tennis Tour, all of them won on Scandinavian soil.

M15 Lubbock USA – Ole Wallin caps dream week with maiden title
The West Texas Pro Tennis Open, held at the venue of the Texas Tech University, concluded with the surprising title win of Ole Wallin.
The Swedish qualifier continued his great run, beating US-American No. 6 seed Alex Michelsen in the semi-finals in two sets.
No. 2 seed Blaise Bicknell from Jamaica reached the final with a straight-set win against Israeli Jordan Hasson.
Twenty-year-old Wallin stayed calm in his first title match to seal a 6-4, 6-2 win and celebrate his maiden championship on the Pro Circuit.
M15 Fayetteville USA – Sam Riffice triumphs on home soil
Californian Sam Riffice, 23, was victorious at the M15 Fayetteville tournament hosted by the University of Arkansas.
The US-American No. 7 seed battled through the top half of the draw, beating Radu Mihai Papoe in the semi-finals in two sets.
British No. 2 seed Blu Baker booked the spot in the final with a straight-set win versus Menelaos Efstathiou from Cyprus.
Sacramento-born Riffice benefited in the championship match from the retirement of his 21-year-old opponent at the score of 5-1. The former college player for the University of Florida lifted his second on US-soil achieved career trophy on the ITF World Tennis Tour.
M15 Cancun MEX – Alexandr Cozbinov remains solid in North America
Alexandr Cozbinov was crowned champion at the World Tennis Tour Cancun 2022, held at Cancun Tennis Complex.
The 27-year-old from Moldova advanced to the final with a three-set win against No. 8 seeded Ecuadorian Antonio Cayetano March.
No. 7 seed Tristan McCormick eased past fellow US-American and teenager Leanid Boika in the semi-finals in straight sets.
No. 5 seeded Cozbinov gained the only four breaks in the title match and won 85 per cent of his first-service points to prevail 6-3, 6-1 after one hour and 49 minutes. The Chisinau native, who played college Tennis for the University of Nevada Las Vegas, celebrated his second singles title on the ITF World Tennis Tour following his maiden championship on US-American soil in 2019.

M15 Sharm el Sheikh EGY – Daniele Capecchi returns to winners’ circle
Daniele Capecchi took the title of the Egypt Men’s Future, hosted by the venue of Soho Square in Sharm El Sheikh.
The 26-year-old emerged victorious from the all-Italian semifinal-encounter against Lorenzo Rottoli in three sets.
German No. 3 seed Dominik Boehler rallied down No. 2 seeded Italian Simone Roncalli in the stage of the final four in straight sets.
After winning the first set in the tiebreak, Borgo San Lorenzo-born Capecchi benefited in the championship match from the retirement of his rival of the same age. The top seed lifted his second career trophy on the ITF World Tennis Tour following his maiden championship in 2019.
M15 Monastir TUN – Skander Mansouri dominates on home soil
Skander Mansouri clinched the trophy of the Magic Hotel Tours tournament, held at Hotel Skanes Family in Monastir, without losing a set the entire week.
The Tunisian top seed knocked off French No. 4 seed and last week’s Monastir champion Robin Bertrand in the semi-finals.
Left-handed No. 5 seed Eliakim Coulibaly from the Cote D’Ivoire prevented the all-Tunisian final with a three-set win against No. 2 seed Aziz Dougaz.
Twenty-seven-year-old Mansouri won 76 per cent of his first-service points in the title match and earned two breaks more to claim a 6-3, 6-4 victory in 84 minutes. The Tunis native, who played college tennis for the Wake Forest University, celebrated his 14th singles title on the ITF World Tennis Tour, his fourth of the season.
