HEILBRONN, June 3, 2023
With Hugo Dellien from Bolivia and Spaniard Jaume Munar, two of the favourites for the Heilbronn title, will meet in the first round at the 9th edition of the NECKARCUP. This was the result of the draw made by ATP supervisor Hans-Jürgen Ochs on Saturday evening.
World No. 81 Munar is seeded second at the ATP Challenger Tour 125 clay-court event and is seeking his ninth Challenger career title in southwestern Germany. The 160th-ranked Dellien had a good start into the 2023 season lifting his ninth career trophy at the ATP Challenger in Santiago de Chile in March. Dellien won the only previous meeting between the two in the opening round of the ATP Masters 1000 in Rome two years ago.
