STARNBERG, June 25, 2023
The grass-court action continues this week with ATP 250 events held in Eastbourne and Mallorca.
Defending champion Taylor Fritz of the United States and his compatriot Tommy Paul headline the field at the Rothesay International on the south coast of England, where 2021 champion Alex de Minaur from Australia also competes.
After a first-round bye, Fritz opens his title bid against either Italian Marco Cecchinato or US-American Mackenzie McDonald. Paul will start against the winner of the encounter between Portuguese Nuno Borges and Sebastian Baez of Argentina.

Tsitispas top seed in Mallorca
Stefanos Tsitsipas of Greece, Spaniard Alejandro Davidovich Fokina and US-American youngster Ben Shelton are among the stars playing at the Mallorca Championships, which commences on Sunday.
Tsitsipas, who entered the main draw with a wild card, will start his campaign on the Balearic Islands against either Yannick Hanfmann of Germany or Argentine Pedro Cachin. In the bottom half of the draw, No. 2 seed Davidovich Fokina awaits a qualifier or lucky loser in his first match.
Former World No. 12 Feliciano Lopez will hang up his racket and bid farewell to the ATP Tour. “In Mallorca I will play my last professional tournament in Spain. Mallorca is a spectacular place and one of the most important tourist destinations in the world and a tournament of the level of the Mallorca Championships helps to continue in that line and I am happy to be able to say goodbye here,” said the 41-year-old, who will take on Max Purcell of Australia in the first round.
