Taylor Fritz and Raquel Pedraza are getting married. Both are only 18 years old but ATP’s Next Generation-star proposed to his girl-fried under the Eiffel Tower in Paris on Monday. The US-American teenager lost his first round match at Roland Garros against Borna Coric but stayed in the “city of love” for another week attending the junior’s competition of the French Open. Pedraza is also a tennis player, currently ranked on world number 146 in the junior’s ranking.
Fritz posted a romantic photo of the two in rainy Paris on his twitter account and mentioned the important answer:

Former US-American professional Michael Russell wished the newly engaged couple all the best and revealed parallels to his place of engagement:

Taylor Fritz will next play in Stuttgart at the Mercedes Cup, kicking off the grass court swing next Monday. The world number 67 from California will be step into action on Tuesday alongside Juan Martin Del Potro, Munich champion Philipp Kohlschreiber, Grigor Dimitrov as well as Marcos Baghdatis.
