Carlos Alcaraz and Jannik Sinner headline the field at the Miami Open presented by Itau. The 2024 champion Sinner arrives after winning the title at the first ATP Masters 1000 event of the season in Indian Wells, while Daniil Medvedev ended Alcaraz’s perfect start to the year in California.

The 2018 Miami finalist Alexander Zverev is the third seed, while Lorenzo Musetti is seeded fourth. US-Americans Taylor Fritz and Ben Shelton lead home hopes, and Jakub Mensik is the defending champion.
